Change is inevitable.

But when you suggest change, you are likely to be met with pushbacks. Most of the time we might even be on the same page and have the same vision, we just can’t voice it and share ideas how we would like – and sometimes we do but not always in a tactful way.

Resistance and dealing with pushback can be one of the most frustrating areas that we have to deal with as a professional.

In today’s episode I am sharing why we can be so resistant to change and what can you do when dealing with pushback. I share some of the lessons I have learned and three key reasons why there can be resistance and pushbacks, and how we can communicate in the best ways when this happens to be able to gain alignment, respect, and trust with others.
