Carlos has worked on some huge projects for big names like Coca-Cola Company, Nike, Kellogg’s, Ford, General Motors, HSBC, Danone, and Converse, as well as being the first agency in Mexico to develop an app for the iPad. 
He discusses his own journey and the challenges as he climbed the career ladder as well as how he fulfilled his childhood dream. He talks about how having a mentor helped him by having the support he needed.
We touch on some of the lessons he learned, what he wished his younger self knew, and how he is able to keep up with the demands of a rapidly changing industry.
